Why We Built Boox
We built Boox because we saw too many talented people give up on a real estate career before it ever started — not because they weren't capable, but because the education available was outdated, overpriced, and completely disconnected from what the job actually requires. Pre-licensing courses that taught you how to pass a test but not how to close a deal. Schools with no coaching, no community, and no real support after you got your license. We knew there had to be a better way. Boox exists to close that gap. Founder
Brooke Massey is a dynamic entrepreneur and-owner of Brix Realty, a fast-growing collaborative brokerage built on mentorship and training. She leads a personal downline of over 130 agents across 4 states, producing more than $100 million in annual volume. Brooke also helps run Dynamix Real Estate Group with Jennifer Hubbard, a powerhouse team closing over $15 million annually, and has expanded into Boox Real Estate Academy, Home Connex Lending, and Abstrax Title. Known for her high-energy, no-excuses approach, she coaches agents from brand-new to top producer through real systems, real results, and daily live coaching. As host of the Open Boox Podcast, she delivers raw insights that inspire professionals to build both income and legacy. Her message is simple: “I just want you to win.”
Angiee Stephenson
Founder
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Angiee knows the ins and outs of OKC and the surrounding areas—from the culture and hidden gems to the best opportunities around. Whether you're relocating across town or moving in from out of state, she’s passionate about helping you find the right fit. An entrepreneur who has been self-employed for over 15 years, she is known for strong communication, creative problem-solving, and sharp instincts. Beyond serving her clients, she’s also a dedicated educator and recruiter who loves mentoring agents and helping others grow successful, sustainable businesses.

Sunni Pouncil is a seasoned Broker Associate with UR Unique Home Team powered by Brix Realty, bringing 17 years of real estate experience. She is an Educator, Coach, and Mentor with Boox Real Estate Academy, and the dynamic host of the Neighborhood Jams with Sunni Pouncil Podcast, where she empowers communities through real estate, financial literacy, and wealth-building conversations.
Amiee Stephenson
Founder / Instructor
With 17 years in the real estate industry, Amiee Stephenson brings a well-rounded and deeply practical perspective to real estate education. Her experience spans from transaction coordination to active sales, and for the past 3 years, she has served as a broker giving her firsthand insight into every stage of the business.
In addition to her brokerage experience, Amiee holds an educator’s license and has a passion for developing agents beyond the basics. She recognized early on that many new Realtors enter the industry without the real-world knowledge they need to succeed.
That’s what led her to help build Boox Real Estate Academy alongside a team of experienced professionals, creating a training platform focused on practical application, not just theory.
Amiee is known for her straightforward, no-fluff approach to teaching, equipping agents with the tools, confidence, and real-life understanding needed to navigate transactions and build lasting careers.
Casey Tuter
Founder
Casey Tuter is a real estate professional serving the Oklahoma City metro with nearly a decade of experience. Throughout his career, he recognized a gap in the industry—agents were getting licensed but not truly prepared for the realities of the business. Many lacked the practical knowledge and confidence needed to succeed long-term.
That led him to create Boox Real Estate Academy, focused on real-world education and coaching that goes beyond the basics. Casey’s approach is simple: cut the fluff, simplify the complex, and teach agents how to think, not just what to say.
Curtis Haddock
Founder
Curtis Haddock is a real estate broker in the Oklahoma City metro area with 15+ years of experience in real estate and banking. With a background in commercial lending, credit analysis, and strategic finance, he helps buyers, sellers, and investors make smart, numbers-based decisions instead of emotional ones. Curtis provides coaching nationwide including areas like Dallas, Texas; Destin, Florida; Northwest Arkansas; Pensacola, Florida; San Antonio, Texas; and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Faith, family, basketball, and serving others are at the center of how he shows up for buyers, sellers, and agents every day. He has coached dozens of agents to earning over 6-figures in real estate and operates a brokerage of 200 agents across three states, producing over $200 million per year in sales volume. Curtis has been recognized as a NextGen 30 Under 30 honoree and was named Realtor of the Year in 2016, but his favorite feedback is still when clients or agents say they felt informed, protected, and cared for every step of the way.
