Why We Built Boox

We built Boox because we saw too many talented people give up on a real estate career before it ever started — not because they weren't capable, but because the education available was outdated, overpriced, and completely disconnected from what the job actually requires. Pre-licensing courses that taught you how to pass a test but not how to close a deal. Schools with no coaching, no community, and no real support after you got your license. We knew there had to be a better way. Boox exists to close that gap. Every course is built around what you'll actually need in the field — from your first client conversation to your first closing and everything in between. Angiee is a licensed Realtor and Content Director at Boox Real Estate Academy who combines real-world production experience with a gift for clear, compelling communication. She creates and manages Boox's educational content with one goal in mind — making sure every agent who comes through Boox walks away with knowledge they can immediately apply in the field. Angiee is also the driving force behind Boox's blog and digital content strategy, helping agents across Oklahoma and Florida find the resources they need to grow their careers.

Brooke Massey

Brooke Massey is a dynamic entrepreneur and-owner of Brix Realty, a fast-growing collaborative brokerage built on mentorship and training. She leads a personal downline of over 130 agents across 4 states, producing more than $100 million in annual volume. Brooke also helps run Dynamix Real Estate Group with Jennifer Hubbard, a powerhouse team closing over $15 million annually, and has expanded into Boox Real Estate Academy, Home Connex Lending, and Abstrax Title. Known for her high-energy, no-excuses approach, she coaches agents from brand-new to top producer through real systems, real results, and daily live coaching. As host of the Open Boox Podcast, she delivers raw insights that inspire professionals to build both income and legacy. Her message is simple:  “I just want you to win.”

Curtis Haddock

Curtis brings over 15 years of real estate experience to Boox, including 10 years as a licensed broker and 5+ years in banking as a credit analyst and commercial loan officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma — and applies that analytical background to everything Boox teaches. Named Realtor of the Year in 2016 by his peers and a NextGen 30 Under 30 honoree, Curtis built Boox because he believed agents deserved better education and better systems than what existed. His passion is turning complex real estate concepts into clear, actionable knowledge that agents can use the same day they learn it.

Amiee is the heart and backbone of Boox Real Estate Academy. With 15 years of real estate experience and 2 years as a professional educator, she brings a rare combination of field expertise and teaching skill to everything Boox produces. As Director she oversees curriculum development, student support, and content quality — making sure every course reflects real-world experience, not just textbook theory. Her core belief: every student deserves relevant, up-to-date content and genuine encouragement at every step of their journey.

Casey has been transforming the real estate industry since 2020 as the owner of a thriving brokerage and co-founder of Boox Real Estate Academy. Known for exceptional leadership and an abundance mindset, Casey is driven by one thing — seeing other people win. He is actively expanding Boox's reach nationwide to bring affordable, high-quality real estate education to agents in every state. Outside of real estate Casey is a skilled guitarist and music producer, and brings that same creativity and passion to everything he builds.
